Terms & Conditions

The prize draw is open to South Australian residents aged 18 and over who have a current Facebook account.
Participants must be individuals. Entries on behalf companies or organisations are not permitted.
To enter the prize draw, participants must ‘like’ Bryce Sturman Podiatry’s Facebook page AND ‘like’ our ‘Summer of Archies Competition’ Facebook post AND comment on the post about their favourite beach.
Each participant is permitted one entry in the prize draw after completing all 3 above listed steps to enter. An additional entry is permitted by liking the ‘Summer of Archies Competition’ Instagram post. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
Bryce Sturman Podiatry employees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. ‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or another family extension.
The prize draw is open for entry from Monday 16th November 2020.
The closing date of the prize draw is 12:00pm on Friday 20th November 2020. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
The winning participant will receive a pair of Archies thongs fitted at Bryce Sturman Podiatry, Blakeview. The winner can choose their preferred size and colour subject to availability. The voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The winner is entitled to one free pair of Archies only.
One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on Friday 20th November 2020 at 3pm.
The winning participant will be notified on Bryce Sturman Podiatry’s Facebook page by 5:00pm on Friday 20th November 2020.
The winning participant must contact Bryce Sturman Podiatry within one week (seven days) on (08) 8284 0245 or email admin@bspodiatry.com.au to organise a suitable time to collect their Archies. If Bryce Sturman Podiatry are not contacted by this date, a new winner will be drawn and notified via Facebook. This condition will apply until the prize is claimed.
The winning participant must collect the Archies from Bryce Sturman Podiatry; Shop 3a / 4 Main North Road, Blakeview SA 5114. The Archies must be claimed within business hours at a time organised with Bryce Sturman Podiatry staff.
If the Archies are not collected within one month of the draw, a new winner will be drawn and notified via Facebook. This condition will apply until the prize is claimed.
Selected Archies must be in stock at the time of redemption. If a selected Archies size or colour is not in current stock, this may be ordered in at the discretion of Bryce Sturman Podiatry and subject to availability.
Bryce Sturman Podiatry reserves the right, at its discretion, to verify, at any time (including after the end of the Promotion) the validity of all entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits invalid, incomplete or offensive entries.
Bryce Sturman Podiatry reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.
Bryce Sturman Podiatry reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time.
Bryce Sturman Podiatry accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from Bryce Sturman Podiatry to collect the prize).
